A 13-year-old boy from Vashi was booked on Wednesday for allegedly molesting a two-year-old girl. The boy reportedly touched the girl inappropriately while she was sitting on his lap. The girl's mother saw it happen and approached the police.
According to the Vashi police, on wednesday afternoon, the accused boy had taken the minor girl on his lap and allegedly touched her inappropriately. Accordingly, the accused boy has been booked under Section 7 and 8 of thePrevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act. On Thursday, he will be produced before the court and sent to children home in Bhiwandi.
